If I was going to turn that into a high performance gaming PC I'd buy a Corsair 250D case (it's a really high quality mini-ITX case), I'd get a blower style GTX 970, and a 500W-600W 80+ Bronze modular power supply by Seasonic, XFX, Antec, or EVGA (don't buy a crap PSU, and semi or full modular is critical for such a small case). Your i5 is plenty powerful, there is no reason to upgrade it.
